A publication with an extensive selection of photographs taken by herman and susanne de vries of their meadow at the edge of the Steigerwald in Eschenau, Germany. The photographs are taken from 1986 until this Spring and show, in chronologic order, the development and change of their 'meadow' – a field of 4000 square metres which has changed into a very rich biotope with a wealth of plants, flowers, shrubs and trees. The photographs display various observed details and overviews of this meadow in different seasons of the year.
